Lola Vice won her opening match on WWE Raw, defeating Raquel Rodriguez and Kelani Jordan in a Money in the Bank qualifying contest. The victory came days after the former NXT Women's Champion signed her contract to join the red brand, only to be interrupted by rival Roxanne Perez in an intense verbal confrontation that nearly escalated into a brawl.
The promotion marks a significant step for Vice, who spent four and a half years developing her character on NXT and gained additional experience in AAA. She now competes against Perez and other Superstars for the Money in the Bank briefcase, a prize that could define her early main roster career.
Vice said the transition still feels surreal. "I stood for a second, and I was like, 'Wow, I'm on Monday Night Raw. I can't believe this,'" she told Busted Open Radio. She credited her time on the developmental brand as essential preparation, noting she was "mentally and physically at my best" when receiving the call. Vice emphasized her focus on establishing herself independently while representing Cuban culture on the main roster, though she expressed interest in potentially working with Paul Heyman if the opportunity arose.
Vice and Perez will both compete in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, which airs on Netflix.
