For the first time in 25 years, the groups that defined the Popstars era are hitting the road together, bringing a 13-date run of shows to stages across the country. This joint tour finally unites the two groups whose stories have been intertwined since their 2001 emergence, offering fans a chance to relive the hits that dominated the charts a quarter-century ago.
This reunion marks a significant milestone for pop music followers and followers of the Popstars phenomenon. For both bands, the tour provides a platform to reconnect with an audience that has supported their music since their inception, while marking a quarter-century since their initial rise to fame with their number one record, Pure & Simple.
According to Official Charts, the tour will feature Hear'Say returning as a four-piece consisting of Danny Foster, Kym Marsh, Suzanne Shaw, and Noel Sullivan. Myleene Klass will not be joining the reunion; she confirmed on the television program Loose Women that while she was included in discussions, she is unable to commit to the project at this time. Meanwhile, Liberty X will reunite their complete five-piece original lineup, with Michelle Heaton, Jessica Taylor, and Kelli Young joined by Tony Lundon and Kevin Simm. Both groups have expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity to celebrate this anniversary together and create new memories with their fans.
While the specific schedule for the 13 arena performances has yet to be finalized, the bands have signaled their intent to begin this celebration in 2027.
